Hello,
Kindly provide us your full contact details and the bill details so that we can guide you accordingly.
I have purchased one FLY mobile from BIG BAZAR, Sinhagad Road PUNE on 24.1.2010 at 9:15 P.M. While explaining, sales person said that it is possible to enter the keys through finger tips. I clarified, is it like SAMSUNG 3g star mobile which my son has. He said yes like that. After reaching home I realised, it has to be operated through a stick provided and not through finger tips. I immediately rushed to them and contacted Shri Gogoai , Customer Manager, however he declined to entertain saying that what ever sales person has said is correct and it is possible to operate the mobile through finger tips.
1. It is coorect to provide such false information through sales person and sale the product.
2. Customer executive is also not listening to the problem.
3. I wanted to purchase NOKIA 2700 mobile casting 4265/-, however they convinced that Fly was better and thereafter not changing the piece although it was only opened and used for only one call for testing.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am N.Dhanalakshmi and I possessed a standard chartered credit card in the year 2004. I cleared all my debts in the month of December and I returned their card. In the month of January'2005 they sent a bill of Rs.2200, for which they said it was for a new credit card. I returned the card along with a letter mentioning that I do not require any more credit cards, but I kept receiving statements until the month of May. Then I spoke to the customer care and also passed on a letter to the officer demanding immediate closure of this card for which I have not applied at all. Then on I received no statements at all, except for one in which it is mentioned that your credit card has become ineffective. I have all the statements and copies of letters that I have written to the company as well. Now when I applied for a car loan they said it cannot be processed as there is a credit on your name for about 40000. I was shocked as I now do not use any credit cards and I am always very clean about my financial matters. Now they are mentally torturing me and demanding me for this lump-sum amount. I at this age(56), am suffering from such pressures for which I am not responsible at all. Kindly help me and guide me how to go about with this. When I spoke to the manager, he is now demanding for Rs.23000. Why should I pay so much? And moreover, they do not want to give a letter stating you pay so much and we shall give your "NOC". Please guide me through this.
