    Angry Complaint Regarding Samsung Mobile phone.

    Sub: Complaint Regarding Samsung Mobile phone.

    Dear Sir,

    1. I have purchase SAMSUNG W-619 mobile (IMEI no.356222011190212). Price: 14200 Rs. with bill dtd.03-08-08 from mobile zone (TIN no.09189101927) Ghaziabad. I found some problem in mice of my phone. Then i gave my mobile in Ghaziabad Samsung service centre on 02-07-2009. They were not able to repair my phone and recommend for their main Service Centre at Delhi. ADD: SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE, CC-28, Nehru Enclave, Kalkaji, New Delhi.

    2. Then I gave phone at New Delhi Samsung Service Centre on 22-07-09. They repaired the problem of mice and returned phone on 07-08-09, but at the same time problem with display of the phone started. Next day i.e. on 08-08-09 I complained about the display problem that is the display was not working sometime, they told me to test the phone for more 3-4 days if the problem still remains same, then they will attend the problem. I told them (Samsung service Centre) about the warranty of phone which was expiring on 03-08-09 to the service engineer their. He convinced me that the expiring of warranty date is not an issue if the phone was under service at that period. I again complaint at Samsung service Centre (about the Display of Phone) on 24-08-09 addressed above they kept my phone for repairing but later on (04-09-09) they said (Samsung service centre) the phone cannot be repaired as SAMSUNG has stopped manufacturing the same model, so they (Samsung service centre) provide me the amount as per my bill within 15 days.

    I visited Samsung service centre after 15 days but the told me to come next week since from then I am regularly visiting them but they are not providing my amount but also not attending me. They always say me to come next week.

    I have visited Samsung Service Centre Many times but all the time they kept me waiting for hours in the last they replied the same thing all the time” to come after 1 Week”. they are repeating the same thing from last 5 months I don’t think that they will pay my amount back they are giving me mental stress. Please help me to get my cell phone or my bill amount as I have to buy a new cellphone.

    Default Ref : Complaint regarding samsung galaxy i 7500 mobile phone.

    Dear Sir,

    This is with ref to Samsung Galaxy Mobile Phone i7500 bought from Univercell, Tirupur branch vide their invoice # TIR/9565 DTD 04/02/10. The IMEI # 353027031812072.

    I had a problem right at the start regarding the battery not lasting longer. It would drain out in 4 hours inspite of me not using GPRS on my cell. I tried the service centre but to no avail. I have constantly trying to figure out how to use bluetooth and also download all my contact and messages on my computer as a back up but to no avail. I tried the customer service centre of samsung and i was told to update my windows xp and then i would be able to do all applications. I updated but nothing happened. I visited the service centre today and asked them to help me out, when the guys there told me that the Andorid platform does not support downloading the contact, messages etc to the computer as the software is outdated. When i raised a hue and cry when no applications can be used in this mobile it is as good as a cheap handset, the only difference being that this is got a touch screen, a 5 mp camera and 8 gb internal memory, for which i paid Rs. 15,000. If non of the applications can run then i would have gone for a cheaper handset which would have supported all apps and made life easier for me. When i started shouting, they put me on call to a senior executive by the name of Mr. Renee who handles the southern region. When i spoke to him, he clearly mentioned that this mobile will not support any apps and also the software cannot be upgraded to anroid 2.1. Why in the first place did samsung release such a phone which has got no value in terms of applications and also making the phone costlier. The manual clearly shows that bluetooth can be used, a PC studio CD was given for downloading etc. According to Mr. Renee, even PC studio will not support the phone.

    I demand from Samsung that they rectify this problem and take up this issue seriously. I am giving the company a week to resolve this issue by either taking back this mobile and give me an option to upgrade or else i will courier this mobile to Samsung CEO as a charity gift which they can utilise for their own benefit.

    Hope samsung will listen and does not force me to go the consumer court.

    dear sir,
    I have purchased samsung mobile model no.c3303,IMEI no.353341043028340 from PlanetM , Centeral Spine, Vidhyadhar nagar, Jaipur(Raj). the date of purchased is 22/09/2010.after 5 or 6 days I have noticed that Loudspeaker of the mobile is not working & the headphone device is also defective . It is the matter of concern & reputation of your company mobiles.
    I have visited your service center at 30/09/2010 & met with mr. virendra ,regarding the complaint. He
    told me if your complaint was lodged upto yesterday than company liable to change the set. now your set shall be serviced by us. it is not genuine & justifiable.
    I am working in a pvt.company as marketing personal, The name of company is Acro Paints Ltd., Jaipur, Till At 29/09/2010, I was on continuous tour & it was not possible to me to visit your service center.
    From the date of purchase ,one Sunday was on 26/09/2010 &your service center was closed. so customer should be given one grace day to lodged the complaint.
    Kindly look into the matter seriously because if the customer is not satisfied than there is no need of taking branded mobiles.
    Kindly do the needful while changing the mobile.Please reply me with in seven days otherwise I will take the legal action.

    Unhappy complaint regarding non-receipt of accessories (bluetooth and pouch) for Galaxy Tab

    This is to inform you that we purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab from Techno Vision, Hyderabad on 11th December 2010. At the time of purchase, Techno Vision people have mentioned that accessories (bluetooth and pouch) will be despatched to us directly from Samsung Company. We were following up with them since December 2010 but, we haven't received the same.

    For your info, we have contacted your Customer Care/Service and lodged the complaint and the No. is 8422350212.

    Please look into it at the earliest and arrange to send the accessories (bluetooth and pouch) at the earliest. Our contact numbers are: 9347011225 & 9391744333.

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased your product (samsung B-3410 IMEI No.356028041360752 ) from Poorvika mobile shop pondicherry on 05.03.2011. The mobile went fault with only White Display on 25th April 2011 hence the same was handed over to service center for service and recived back on 2nd May 2011. the fault could not be rectified and handed over to the service center on 18th May 2011 and recived back on 21st May 2011with a service charge bill for Rs.684 vide cash receipt no 278 dated 21.05.2011 even after this the mobile is found with the same fault and could not be rectified.Presently the service center has issued a Qutation for rectification of the fault in my mobile stating that "Your set has been inspected.Our estimate is approximately Rs.4000/- The exact charges will be intimated after the work is complited . Please give a approval to undertake repairs.

    The mobile was purchased only on 5th MARCH 2011 For Rs.5650 and even after spending Rs.684 for the service as again i am being charged for Rs.4000/- plus ,I expect and need my mobile to be replaced with a new one since it is still well in the waranty and Garanty period.

    Expecting your early action to replace my unserviceable mobile.

    Unhappy Defective Mobile Phone Samsung Galaxy S

    Repacted Sir,

    I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S ( model no- I-9003, IMEI no. 356107044001165) on 03-07-11 for RS.20,400/-.Then after few days i found problem in phone Camera as its clearity wasn't upto the mark.Then i gave it to Samsung Service center ( 4/1, Roop Nagar,New Delhi-110007) for repaire multiple times. firstly they repairded the camera multiple time and then they replaced it and other parts of the mobile but problem remains the same. They promised me that if it doesnt work properly then they will replace my cell phone as it is still in warrenty period but now they refusing it. I am getting forced to accept the repaired mobile though i am eligible for a new phone as a replacement. No one seems to be supportive which is giving me mental stress. i dont have any other mobile which is causing me trouble with day to day life. My mobile is still with the service center with job sheet no. J2923( Bill no 4121980323)

    I demand from samsung company to give me a new mobile or refund my money in lieu of the defactive mobile.

    I hope you would take the correct action against samsung company.

    Question Customer service is very bad

    Dear sir,

    I am Regular Customer of Samsung Mobile all my relative & friends are having samsung mobile. I have very dissapoint of customer service in our area.. almost for 1.5 year i had seen that in our area customer care officer not taking seriously about the repairing of mobile. they took 1 to 4 month time for rapairing mobile (warranty period) and for changing mobile (DEO) they took 900 Rupees for 4000 amounted mobile but still after paying that amount mobile could not come easily
    So, Please take approaite action for that problem that decreaing godwil of samsung

    Angry faulty handset

    Hi Team,

    This is about my work order number 15472,
    This is the 4th time I visited to your service center in order to repair this handset but got no joy, I dont understand why you people are not able to find problem and not able to repair my handset.
    Its very disappointing that customer has to visit again and again to you for a same problem. Its been only one month and this handset start creating problem.
    I have 2 Vodafone Sim which I use. After very 15 or 20 mins I get error (Sim card removed Phone reboot Automatically)And my phone gets reboot.Also while I am on call it gets reboot.
    Last but least this handset had destroyed my 3 Sim cards.

    Let me explain you.

    I was using Vodafone simcard in my different handset I put that same simcard in this handset(new handset) After getting this error which I have mention above I changed back to my old handset and I got error ( defective Sim card) I went to Vodafone store and replace my sim card I thought that might be it could be a Sim problem but I use new simcard and After one day I started getting same error (Sim card removed Phone reboot Automatically) I put sim card in my old phone again and got same error(defective Sim card).I found that this handset is giving problem to simcard as well and making it faulty .Than I use my Aircel sim in this handset and got same error after 2 days (Sim card removed Phone reboot Automatically) I use 2 vodafone sim at a same time in this handset and they both are of no use now I had to replace them.So this hand set is creating problem with sim as well.

    Hope now your Engineer would able to understand what the problem is? please Use 2 Sim for good 3 days and check.

    I have purchase "Samsung galaxy Y" Mobile on 23 Oct. After tow days i found problem in my mobile .. Re-staring again and again. We purchase this cell from JOMBO ELECTRONICS INORBIT VASHI . We went there for , they told us go to sevice center whcih on 26, becouse of Diwali Day Service center was not opened. we went again on 1 November. Next day i.e. on 2 Nov they told cell is ready but same problem occurred again. They again put our cell on testing for one week. At the end of the week they called us to collecting cell which was having same problem again. We Tired n call JUMBO ELECTRONICS We is again Pathetic Service Provider. Samsung has role that within four days you should go and ask for Replacement certificate for cell. That we don't no as we were unknown of that role. Till Today's date i.e. 14 Nov 2011 we are not getting my cell replaced.

    Cell is Totally defected Phone , as cell is new we haven't use it at all.

    Samsung and Jombo Electronics(Vashi) Really Pathetic for this Product.

    I bought mobile from SPACE ELECTRONICS Jodhpur on 09/04/2011. No. 35298304971569/2.
    i have not used this phone for more than 10 hours.

    Your dealer is saying i am not responsible and bothered...visit Samsung service centre.

    Your samsung service center guys repaired the same 5-6 times but all useless. Now they are saying that battery need to replace. I am getting this repaired from last 4 months. Now your service center guys are saying that you have to pay for replacement of battery.

    Request you to look into this and help me

    sir i bought samsung wave2 before 6 months ago.....n i m not happy with this phone....in this 6 month i gave my cell to customer care for 5 times....i dont know whats wrong with this cell.....again n again i got the problem in my phone....i gave it to samsung care at majura gate,surat,gujarat.... my bill no is 4123150724....service center number is 0003286076--BSR service....

    when i using my mobile after 6 to 8 hrs it will showing a message that " not enough resource, close some application and try again"
