I bought samsung mobile model no. GT-c 3530 on dated 3/3/2011
8 months ago from credo , Inderlok , delhi and I am not happy with this phone. In this 8 months I gav my cell to service centre 6 times(3 times - Ashok vihar , 3 times -Nehru Place delhi) I do'nt know whats wrong with this cell again n again I got th problem in my phone. after spending so much time and money for this phone , I am fedup with this . I demand from samsung co. to gave me a new mobile or refund my money in liew of the defective mobile , since it is still well in the warrenty and garanty period. my service centre is samsung India Electronics Pvt.Ltd, nehru enclave, Kalkaji, delhi n service centre no. is 006070987

complain regarding mobile repairing/service
I have a Samsung mobile GT 5603 with warranty period of dated 10-12-11.I have a problem with this handset regarding not charging properly etc.I handed over this set to your service center Ashoka Engineers at hissar on dated 1-11-11.but they do not behave and service properly .It is therefore prayed and inform you to contact your office/service centrer regarding my complain unless i instituted civil/criminal before the court of law.It to be counted as a legal notice.

Complaint against SAMSUNG Mobile Phone
I have purchase "Samsung galaxy Y 5360 " Mobile on 25 Oct 2011( imei-357649/04/173165/7) but from 20th nov 2011 i found problem in my mobile .. mobile baterry is heating when it charged and only give 5hrs battery backup without any use . i purchase this cell from ujala communication pvt.ltd,G-12,HL Galeria ,sec-12 ,plot no.2 , below ayshuman hospital ,new delhi-110075. mob-9891041964 . i went 3 times to the dealer after three visits they told me go to sevice center at janakpuri dist.centre but they are only giving dates and excuses , i have also informed by mail to their senior samsung head of customer care and head of service (myeong.oh@samsung and email@example.com )but they doesn't replay ,so pls help me i am highly thankfull to you because since 20th Nov till now I,m wasting my time & money.

Complain in gtb 7722 samsung dual sim mobile
I have purchased Samsung Mobile , Model - GTB 7722 on dt.21/10/11 from Millenium Computers & Communication, Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad.
Within use of 3-4 days, i got complain of software problem while i have use mobile. I have gone to Samsung Service staion - Disha Services, 1 & @ Indraprasth Complex, Near Himallaya Mall, Drive in Road, ahmedaba-380015. Contact no. - 079 40057720 . It was repaired but problem is still continue.
Then on dt.26/11/11. I have gone to again at the same service center, Mr.Manohar (Service person) told me that phone mike have gone & need to replace but spare parts would not be available now & will come on dt.30/11/11. So i have submitted my mobile for repairing on dt.1/12/11 at 17:24 time. I got response from service person later on that mike was not repaired as mobile IC & mother board has to change.
I do not undferstang within 1 month of usage, all major parts og NEW mobile can need to change?????
THIS IS THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT, SAMSUNG GIVEN TO CUSTOMER.
I WANT NEW PHONE REPLACING WITH THIS MOBILE AS PROBLEM WILL BE CONTINUE AFTER REPAIRING ALSO.
Request to assist for the same.

How can i handle this
I have a samsung galaxy s i-19003 ( samsung galaxy SL).the first thing i noticed about it is that i can't record my voice in voice recorder and i can only record videos with no sound.please somebody help me! I want to recrod videos which has sound! Huhu

Dear Sir / Madam ,
I have bought the Samsung Galaxy Ace on 16th November 2011 from Bhopal mobile store , but there is some battery problem on my mobile phone , if i use internet for 15 min only battery get drained, and handset get warm … on 25th November 2011 I have contacted customer service number ( Ref No 8437924934 ) they had suggested me to visit Samsung mobile gallery, On 3rd December I have visited Mira Raod ( Thane Mumbai ) gallery , gallery staff has checked my phone suggested me that I need to keep handset 2 days with them because on my phone there some circuit issue which they want to repaire .
My concern is that I have bough new phone worth Rs 14000 approx , if handset has some manufacturing defect than why should I suffer , instead of repairing you should replace my phone … today again I called customer service executive and they have suggested me to visit samsung service centre and meet branch manager , he will help me on the issue …
Kindly look in to this and replace my phone

Samsung Dealer Behaviour
On 02.12.2011, I purchased new Samsung Galaxy-Y mobile from M/s Dewan Enterprises, Bathinda. On opening the box in the shop, I observed that there is no data cable inside the box. On asking, he told me that data cable is not available with this mobile. In the evening I noticed that as per contents written on the box, Data cable shall be there inside the box. Next day when I went back to the Dewan enterprises, He behaved very rudely and told me to contact after 3 days for this purpose. It is very surprising that after selling the mobile, a samsung dealer behaves like this. Now this mobile is giving problem that it's battery still remains low even after 3-4 Hrs. of charging. From all this, I doubt that this mobile may be duplicate or refurbrished mobile. How to confirm that it is a genuine samsung product ?

Smsung GT-S3653 Lost
I have purchase this mobile on 15/12/2009 was lost on 7/12/2011 when I was traveling. I have lodge a police complaint on 11/12/2011. I have called Samsung customer care regarding this problem & they told that u will get a phone call from Samsung but I didn't got any phone call. I stay in Vashi . I have registered a complaint to Samsung on 11/12/2011 my Complaint no is 8438214369 & they told u will get a call on the alternate no in 4hrs but I didn't got any call.

replacement for my samsung mobile
I had purchased new Samsung moblie that is wave2 model nbr s8530, from Reliance shop that is from vashi navi mumbai the purchase date was on 13aug11(2years of warranty),1month there was no problem ,later on there was battery issue though i dont use it much,i hardly make calls,i dnt use mp3,not even internet ,i had gone to reliance shop for replacement of my mobile,but they told me to go to samsung service center they wil replace it for sure, i had gone thr also many tyms the first time they told me there is some software issue though they tld me it wil tak 2 or 3 day,it took all most 1week,thn same problem even thn,2nd tym they said they wil change the battery again same problem,thn again i wnt for the replacement they said it wont be possible we cant replace but at the reliance shop they gave me 100% gurantee for the replacement of mobile even now my moblie is with them again i dnt know for wot they have kept everytym observation i dnt know wot they do excatly,i m really feedup of going there i hardly get tym and in my week off i waste my day visiting the service center,plzzzz i would requst you to revert me back as soon as possible on my nbr which is 9969291532 its a bombay nbr, i want a replacement of my mobile,i hope to get your reply as soon as possible and take a action.

display fading off.... samsung wave II
i purchased samsung waveII 8 months back.....its display getting fade off since last one month.....i m sure that i had not made any problems or any like that....i have the warranty card with me...i approached the customercare centre at pattom trivandrum today ...they are saying that it will not be covered under the warranty....the phone is under the warranty period so kindly do me the favour.....i expect a reasonable response from a international brand like samsung.....so pls consider my request....

i Bought samsung galaxy Ace just before a week.. i spend over 15000 Rs. for this mobile. but just in one week i feel there is problem in mobile.... This is a kind of cheating with customer. now because of only a week for buying i will get back my money or new mobile instrument... if they not give me refund or new peace what should i do....

why hell is samsung is not providing ics to premium customers example galaxy ace and above
ok why not to galaxy s series why the hell they developing softwares for open project and distributing to consumers or customer of samsung
if this is case please stop open project of any developing and please take serious action against samsung. more over stop providing the license of open distributing samsung mobiles in india. when they are providing the samsung galaxy s2 mobiles in their country at 12,000 rupees (as per global market) in korea why not they provide free software to whole world if this is case let samsung be in korea let it not comes to rest of world why we have to invest 20,000 in india. let the other mobile providers to grow and develop and support consumers.

Dust inside camera Samsung Galaxy smartphone
I have a samsung galaxy S series smartphone, Model - I9003.
i bought it around 9 months back from a 'The Mobile Store' outlet in Bangalore and i am facing sever problem of dust getting inside the camera lens. i have contacted 'Intouch Services' in Bangalore , which is a Samsung authorized service center 3 times regarding the issue but whenever i go to them they tell me that i use the phone in dust . i work in Infosys Ltd and i use it mostly in my office or at home. i got it cleaned 3 times in 3 months but still the camera gets filled with dust within 15 days and i am not able to use the camera. i dont understand there response because if i dont use the mobile outdoors then where am i supposed to use it. Even if i am on streets all day, the dust should never go inside the camera and that too within 15 days.
I would really appreciate if i get any help regarding this . Thanks a lot.

complaint notice for replacement of hand set
I had purchased a samsung mobile, model no;3410 IMEI NO; 352089046109374 on 01 -06-2011,from Poorvika mobiles pvt. Ltd,royapettah,chennai -14, Due to some problems in charging and using USB I gave it for servicing on 26-03-12. After examining the hand set the service engineer said that there is fault in board and it has to be changed .since the set is in warrenty period it can be done in warrenty he said and the job order given on 26-03-2012.
After one week the board was replaced and the board was correpted while installing the IMEI ,as told by your service engineer. He asked some more time to rectify the fault. That itself is an ample proof for the manufacturing defect,and I asked for replacement of the handset. After one more week The service engineer said that THE COMPANY HAS APPROVED MY REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT and also said it will take 15 days for replacement of handset.
But after 3 days I got a phone call from service centre and they ask for the cartoon box of the handset,which I disposed earliar. I don’t have the cartoon box with me now. Knowing that they insist on the box,and said without that box replacement can not be done.
THIS IS NOT FAIR ON YOUR SIDE…
Its already one month over and I visited the service centre several times,and I am not getting any responsible answer from the service centre.
I AM MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY SUFFERED A LOT.
So I request you to kindly replace the handset within 15 days from this receipt of this notice.
Failing which I may be forced to file a complaint in “ consumer forum”
