Send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of Spice Mobile about your problem, mention all the complaints nos. registered with customer care, attach photo copy of job sheet, bill and other relevant document (if any) and ask them for the proper solution or replacement of the faulty handset so that you will not face such type of problem again.
