As you mentioned that the same problem is occuring again and again, so we suggest you that before knocking Consumer Forum just Send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of NOKIA about your problem, mention all the complaints no., attach photo copy of job sheet, bill and other relevant document (if any) and ask them for the proper solution or replacement of the faulty handset so that you will not face such type of problem again.
