This is to inform that I purchased a SAMSUNG E250 handset on 12/06/08 from HOTSPOT,New Friends Colony. From the very first days it has started giving troubles.
First, I had the problem caused by the slider of the handset, which their so called Engineers explained disrupted the circuit each time I pull it up or down. I deposited my handset as it was under warranty but they took ages delivering it making an excuse of non availability of parts.
After a couple of months the voice dissappeared,I kept howling on the phone but could not hear the reply.They again explained the fault at my side and kept it for weeks for repairing under their confiscation rendering me without any communicating device.
Shortly after I got it back, the charging port got cracked and mobile refused to charge.Again a case of manhandling was made and the handset was deposited for repairing.I got the handset in December 2009....
And now I am following the same problem, the charging port is again displaced internally and my handset is lying switched off.

SIR, I face difficulties in carrying my handset after every month or two and they keep it for almost entier month and I am rendered without any communicating device.
Moreover if this is the condition within the warranty period, I am hopeless about what will happen after it expires.

I humbly request you to do me the favour to replace this with any other handset......Anyone that works!!
