I have purchased Sony Ericsson F305(IMEI:358145029922078) on 10th March 2009 from THE MOBILE STORE, the day I purchased this phone I was very attracted towards the look of the phone. But I was not aware that I will come as a wastage of my money that I have spent. Soon after two months i.e. in JUNE I got the issue of colored spots on the screen after which I have to switch off the phone and then the screen comes back, I submitted with Vibra Tec service center in East Patel Nagar which is now shifted to Guru Arjun Nagar near Satyam Cineplex(Patel Nagar) and I got my phone after 15 days. Then, again on 30th September 2009 I have to submit the handset with the same service center i.e. Vibra Tec for the issue of NETWORK PROBLEM or NO NETWORK and they assured that it will be working again in 15-20 days time which I have waited, after that I called them up and they said " it is under progress as the part is not available "and they said to wait for a WEEK`S time after that I called them up and they said that " the part is still not available it will take some time " then it was the whole October month I waited for the phone to get repaired. Then I got the call from Vibra Tec in the month of November that the phone is repaired and is working and I got my handset on 15th November 2009 with MOTHER BOARD replaced(IMEI:351262035521147). I was very happy at that time but I was not aware that the problem is going to start now after that my handset started working slow, applications started hanging and one day the complete screen goes white nothing on display, I have to switch it OFF then switch it back ON again to make it work. This does not end here, again on 4th December 2009 I have to submit the phone with another service center (RT Outsourcing Services Ltd Patel Nagar Shop no.2157/A, Guru Arjun Nagar) for the issue of WHITE SCREEN ON DISPLAY and again I was told that I will get it done in 20 days of time, then I have spoken with the Customer Care people also and I was surprised when they told me that " THERE IS PROBLEM IN THE WHOLE LOT OF F305 " , these were their words and also the same thing was told by the person working in Vibra Tec when I spoke with him what to do. Then I got my handset on 19th December 2009, I was just checking the phone at the RT Outsourcing Service then again I got the same problem of WHITE SCREEN and APPLICATIONS HANGING which means that the handset was not repaired and given to me. So I spoke to Customer Care in front of them and I requested them to replace the handset with another model or refund the money spent and I was given assurity that my case will be looked after seriously and it is the date till now my handset is with the company itself and whenever I called them they say that " the part is not available it will take time " and I was told by them that again the MOTHER BOARD will be replaced.
I was very shocked seeing that a company like Sony Ericsson a brand name has got failed in providing Good Quality Service and Customer Satisfaction in terms for providing services and responses. I there is no part available then why the company manufactured this type of handset which cannot be repaired neither be replaced. According to me the company has failed in terms of SERVICES provided.:@
I request you to take some action and please provide me a solution for this problem because I have spent my pocket money on this set and I have hardly used the handset as most of the time the handset is with the company itself. PLEASE HELP ME in this matter.
