Complaint on SAMSUNG Mobile Service Center
This is a discussion on Complaint on SAMSUNG Mobile Service Center within the Mobile Handset forums, part of the Mobile category; well every samsung service tries to do same thing,,,wenever we give them the phone.I am having a three months old Samsung mobile "GT-E2120B" and my serial number is "RVAS9623237" and IMEI number is "355925030551427" purchased on "11.10.2009". They say there is problem in IMEI number and it became "Zero", and automatically switches OFF and hanging problem. I gave on 31st December 2009, they told us the problem will be rectified within 2 or 3 days and they will inform us about that. When they didnt response after 3 days we called the service center and the said it will another 3 days, even after 3 days they are still telling us it is in the "Head Office" and it will take another 6 days. I dont have any other personal mobile so I request you to please help me getting my mobile back or replace it with the new one.
