Feb 14, 2012 I purchased Motorola's h17. The very next day I was having problems with the blue tooth. Figured it needed to charge longer than 8 hours. Did that to no avail!! Life continues, I go back to the Verizon Wireless store I made the purchase. Oh by the way the cost of the Bluetooth is 120. Yes One Hundred twenty dollars, my first mistake!
When I was finally able to get through that tedious 800 number, I patiently answered the series of questions to get to the part of checking pins on the device and chargers. I agreed to the shipment of a new charger. Take not this foolishness is cutting into my 30 day window. In other words they WOULD NOT SEND ME MY REFUND THEY MADE ME GO THROUGH THE WASTED TIME OF WAITING FOR A NEW CHARGER. Get the charger and now i try it call back with the same problems to now be told I have to accept A REFURBISH BLUETOOTH. ALL I WANTED ORGINIALLY WAS A WORKING BLUE TOOTH. LET ME WRAP THIS UP I GOT THE REFURBISH BLUE TOOTH WHICH IS NOT THE SAME MODEL AS THE ONE I PURCHASED MISSING A LOT OF FEATURES. STILL THEY REFUSE TO SEND ME MY REFUND.
WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER MOTOROLA.
