I have purchased Nokia N97 mini 3 days back. From 2 days ( with-in 48hrs of purchase) I started facing Hanging Problem. When I went back to my Nokia dealer,he refused to change the phone and asked me to contact Nokia Customer care. Next day I went to Nokia Customer care and they said that they can only repair the phone and cannot help in replacement. Then they mentioned that 48 hrs have now passed and I cannot get the phone replaced.Finally they took my phone, spent hrs on that and updated its software and gave me the set. Again it has the same hanging problem. I FEEL REALLY CHEATED HERE and NOT SATISFIED.I want to get my phone replaced. Please let me know the path forward. Please Find my details below:
