Hi,

I had perchase a mobile phone (Micromax X280) from Planet M at Mira - Bhayander road on 20090906. The salesman told me that it is a very good pice and it have 1 year guarntee for any compalint. On same day i found that the chager divice along with mobile cover is not working. Next day when i went to show the pice they told me that they will replce it with in two days.

Now i found that as the salesman told me that battery for the mobile will remain in 15 day's standby mode and will have 8 hrs talk time.

But now i have to chage mobile twice a day even i have to do minimum use of it. Along with that i can not access last dialed list from the handset.

Basically there was a problem in the charging section of the handset originally and the handset was having a manufacturing defect. Due to the above facts I want a free replacement of the handset from Samsung. Now the handset is not usable.

You are requested to look into the matter and do the needfull to help me in getting it.
