i hav mobile of spice comapny model number c-810,i hav purchased it on 26 december 2008 and i hav submitted it on 26 november 2009 for repairing it. i hav submit my mobile on hot spot prasant vihar .he give me mobile on 28-dec-2009 .they hav changed my mobile phone with another second hand mobile having a problem and told that it is the policy of compoany.and they hav not given any company number.iam resident of rohini,contact number-9212767155 praveen bansal,

I have a Nokia E63 Mobile Phone,i hav purchased it on 15 july 2009.
After one month hanging problem start in it. I submitted it at nokia care sec -8 panchkula for repair. They repair it and returned to me. But there was same problem after 5 days. I gave back to them for repair. I repeat this 4 to 5 times. At last they provide me the new handset. But there was same problem. I also complaint for it. But all the they said there is software problem. Every time on my complaint they update my phone;s software. But the problem remain same. Now suggest what to do as the warranty peroid is going on.
