i have bought a new handset nokia 5800 on 14 july 2009 from Hotspot. But it starts creating problem after 1 month of its purchase.i give them for repairing . they take it and giving me after 2 months. i give them for repairing on 26 september 2009,and they giv me back on 3 december 2009. but dfter repairing again it starts creating problems. the cost of handset is 18,000 rs. i am fed up from its bad working and i want to take the serious steps against the manufacturer and seller. please help me.
