Hi,

I have bought a LG KT-610 from one of the LG distributor(One Mobile, Big bazzar, Maxus mall, bhyandar). As per the specification of the mobile given on the price tag with bar code, it is supposed to support FM AS WELL. But later i realised that the model doesn't support FM function. Over here consumers are being misguided by painting a wrong picture. Ideally i am paying for what i am promised as the feature features of this model.
I have already confronted this issue through mail to lgServices as well to one of the service center through mail id "grace.mum@lgmobiles.com".

Please guide me with the next and correct steps to be taken to ttake it further.
