Sir/Madam,
I am Mukunda Mandal from West Bengal.I had bought a Nokia 7210 handset from one of "Mobile Store" outlet almost five months ago.But after few days as it started behaving in odd manner i went to a Nokia care for repairment and after few days they returned me the same problematic phone.
Since then i only make a habit to go there to find the same problematic phone and submit it again to repair.I also e-mailed Nokia but they had done no better to me.They only filed a case and gave me the case no(1-9105470169) which meant really nothing to me.
I want to register a case against Nokia and Nokia care.Please suggest what to do?
