i Ashish Walecha res. of G-98,sector pi-1(32),eakanki enklave,Greater Noida,U.P. Mobile no. 9910040870 mail add.ashishwalecha@gmail.com. Baught a samsung Jet mobile model S8003 on 19/07/2009 from Manoj Mobile Store,shop no.2,pul prahlad pur,new delhi-110044, for Rs.22200/-,Bill no.SA-HOM/2611. After few days on 09/09/09 its touch screen stop working so i took it to service center at noida GNH Telecom,Tilak bhawan, SHARMA Market Sector-27, Noida U.P. On 10/09/09 whoes Work order no.WA96270911059, they told me that it will take atlest 7 day to repair because they dont have the part. After a week when i went to the service center they told me that my mobile is not going to be repaired because they dont have the part at company and i will get refund of my mobile bill cost so i have to talk to the service area manager Mr. Manav Dham whoes mobile no is 9717397581 . I talk to him almost daily from last three months but he is not responding on my complain and now he change his mobile no. week back some how i find his no.9650900534 ON 18/12/09.
