I have Sony ericsson model no. k530i and the display of the phone went away without any damage . I went to service center in noida sec 18 and i was told that i have to give my phone for 2 days for examination.I had asked them not to repair the phone and just give me the estimate 1st.
I did not receive any call in 4 days then i called and they said that the phone is repaired in 1550rs
I told them that they cannot do this without asking me. They apologized and said that they will put the old display back and give it to me. But the motherboard which they had repaired by mistake would not charge me.

Then the executive tried to negotiate the amount with me and told me that i can take the fully repaired phone in 400rs.
After paying 400rs the phone was back into its bad status in half an hour.After 1 day when i went and asked the executive, he was not ready to attend me and was ignoring me.
He was giving me 400rs back but without telling me the main problem of the phone or what had he done to the phone originally.
The executive was very rude to me.

I do not want to go to any local mobile repairing shop as i believed in Sony service center.
