I had bought a Motorokr U9 in 2008 June,It was working fine,until Apr 2009 and a small Crack appeared in the Flip joint and the body of the mobile got broke.Luckily i had a warranty of one year and the service center replaced the part saying that it would not occur again(I noticed that many of the users had the same problem when the service center person was checking the defects in the manual).But after 6 months again the problem occured and the Flip joint got damaged and is broken at the same place.Since i am not covered with the warranty now...i dont know how much will i have to shell out from my pocket. without any handling mistake of mine.Kindly advise on this and stop releasing the defective U9 to the market as it would send a wrong message to the customers like me who beleive immensly in Motorola which is a global brand.and I don’t want anyone of us suffering because of this with no mistake of ours.
