I have purchased LG KG195 Handset 1-1/2 year back.The buttons for this mobile phone is designed so worst that it breaks on borders after repeated operation.Some of them broke on corners after 4-5 months of continues use.As I was not having time I ingnored the issue.

But after long time almost all buttons had similar issues I enquired to check for the availability of front pad in LG Gallery.To my surprise only front cover which has buttons of this mobile cost Rs.615 this includes service charge of changing Rs.150(Which is mandatory).I can by a new good NOKIA mobile by additing Rs.1000 more of similar catagory.I tried to look on LG Site to submit my grievience to them in writing.But website do not have provision for the customer feedback.

I have below mentioned questions to LG & Govt.of India.

1) Are there any mandatory test complaince standards for the mobiles before launching to avoid customer irritation ?
2) Is there any control on spare parts prices from Goverment.
3) Why company is made responsible for making available the spares in the market at affordable cost to customer.
4) I LG-india committed to customer ? as I am sure that they might have received similar complaints from customers,so why company is not making the spares available at affordable price.
5) Why Govt.of India is not making it mandatory for all companies to have their customer grivience module available where the customer can track the compalint for action.This will also improve company to improve their product & satisfy customer.

I purchased this mobile to try & promote new company other than NOKIA.But it seems that I have made a mistake & created problem for myself.

Will LG reply for this.
