Dear friends,

I have bought Nokia 6303c handset on Oct 17th,2009, I havnt checked all the functionalities on the same day due to diwali festive, that was blunder I committed. From 2nday onwards, my phone was started giving problems: Time stamp for incoming message, often handset automatically switch off and lot more.. Not even 2 months passed, with in this time frame, my phone was under service with the service center (Nokia Care) almost 45 days. but no use, problem still exists. when I asked for replacement no response from Nokia care or head office.

I dont know how to handle this issue, I am totally frustrated with Nokia product and service. Please ur inputs or help highly appreciated!!!!!!
