Dear Sir,

This is with reference to my order 701615339 for a wespro WM1509 mobile at homeshop18. This order was placed on Sep 9, 2009. The product I received was defective. I had sent the product back to the vendor as instructed but after 15 days I received the same product. I realized that the box was not even opened for inspection. This is unacceptable. I returned the product back to the vendor. I get confusing answers from homeshop18 with regard to my order. Sometimes I am told that the vendor has refused to accept the product and sometimes I am told that the vendor has discovered that the USB port was damaged byt the customer and that I would have to pay Rs 600 to have it repaired. How am I responsible when I haven't even used the mobile for a day?

It has been a 2 1/2 months agonizing wait for the product. I had called up the customer service team and logged a complaint for refund of the money. After 2 weeks I am told that a refund is not possible. I think I have given enough chances for this issue to be settled but it has all been in vain.

I had personally mailed Mr Sourabh from Homeshop18 and appraised him of the issue. I got a call the following day promising me of a favorable resolution. But the very next day the same defective product was reshipped to me. I immediately called up Homeshop18 but was told that the product will not be replaced until I pay Rs 600.

I have personally mailed Wespro Corporation but they seem least interested in responding to my queries.

I realize that this is an attempt to fool gullible customers and have decided to deploy all possible legal options to fight this out.
