    Post Motorola Complaint against poor service & not providing any help.

    I have a motorola handset name Moto Razr2 V8 (2gb). From 30th November that handset is not supporting any Airtel sim, but sim of other companies like BSNL, Vodafone, Aircel, Idea, Reliance all are working fine. When i went to Motorola service center in Dehradun( uttarakhand), they do not provide me any of the solution. I am going to that service center from last three days regularly but they only replied that they have forwarded the mail to head office. They don't know how to talk to any customer. I have a valid IMEI number but still that problem comes. That airtel sim is fine as i am using that sim in different handset & it is working fine. please tell me whether i can lodge any complaint against Motorola company in consumer court as it is only the last option left for me??????
    Please help me out as it is really costly set & now that problem arises, i am using that airtel sim in that handset from last two years.

    Angry about the poor customer service ....

    recently i purchased motorola mobile in 'big c' in vijaywada ,a.p .. 28/12/2011 , it was worked for 4 days but alof the sudden early morning the mobile not getting the switch on .. i went to service centre . they would not respond properly ...

    Exclamation Micromax company cheating to Customers

    I have Brought a Micromax handset Model X215on 17-oct-2010. after 5 days it shows the problem insert sim2. i had talk with the vender from where i had taken that mobile. they replied to contact with micromax service center. i have submited my mobile in micromax service center on 11-nov-2010. they word me it will repaired with in one-to-two week. I am going to that service center from last two months regularly but they only replied that they have forwarded the mobile to company it will come with in one-to-two days. (Thay are saying this word from last 2 months).
    After that i logged a complain with Micromax costumer center on 11-jan-2011. complain no:MMX-1101114885. i have called 5 time till on costumer care after then. they always saying your complain is showing open we will forward it to our technical team. it will resolve with in 5 Working days. They don't know how to talk to any customer. please tell me whether i can lodge any complaint against Micromax company in consumer court as it is only the last option left for me??????
    Please help me out ..
