Note : I have the duplicate bill copy for the mobile , original bill is missed by the shop people when i gave for service.

Looks like all spice mobile show the same imei number when u dial *#06# because on my spice D-88n i get IMEI- 135790246811220 which even balabharathi sees on his cell. can some one also check to see if they get the same number on dialing *#06# . I hope spice telecom is reading this blog if they are not aware of this.....

I have also checked my IMEI no by dilaing *#06#, It showing 135790246811220,which is same as Balabharathi's hand set D88n spice, and on chip it's different.my airtel sim is also affected since 30th NOV 2009.
What's the problem,

Spice mobile company has sold chinese mobile under there brand name nad now lots of people are suffering from there hand sets being blocked by the govt as per the invalid IMEI no norms.

Company like spice should pay the damarages as well as change the mobile hand sets which were sold to the customers as the problem lies in the hand sets.


Every mobile hand set of spice is sold by spice and company should be directed by the court to replace the hand set immediately and they should have to compensation too.

So what can be done now.

We all have to Sue the spice telecom for this.

Its a complete blunder by them.

my spice handset s-606 doesn't have valid imei number

Spice mobile India Ltd has cheating the customers openly. They thought that for a Dual sim gsm+cdma they can have only 1 IMEI no and sell it. But now they are exposed... I have so many important calls and meetings to be schedule which are on vain ONLY because my handset gsm sim got deactivated because of Invalid IMEI...

I want to ask these bastards on thing... Why we have bought SPICE phones when China Mobile good looking cheap phones are available? Only because of valid IMEI no.. and they too have cheated us...

They should be jailed.... and should pay hefty penalties and compensation to consumers for there business, emotional and trust loss in the company..

Lets join hands and give these cheaters a big slap....

i have s-404 Spice handset. I have also checked my IMEI no by dilaing *#06#, It showing 135790246811220,which is same as Balabharathi's hand set D88n spice, and on chip it's different. My Spice handset is not working since 1 dec 2009.

I have S-90 spice mobile and having same problem.

Spice should refund our money.

Spice IMEI problem is solved now with in 2 min..
if you face this issue you have to go to HOTSPOT mobiles store for solve
but you have to go with invoice copy of mobile.

Go to HOTSPOT mobile senter and get it done with free of cost..
but you need to take your invoice copy and mobile cover box.
