Angry Samsung Omnia PRO B7320-Reliance Bundle offer FRAUD

    Hi,

I bought myself a Samsung Omnia PRO B7320 last month.

One of the reasons was the Reliance bundled offer that Samsung gave to its consumers which gave their bundled consumers a free 30gb data transfer for 6 months on a Reliance GSM connection. After having bought a OMNIA PRO and a Reliance GSM, i have tried to contact BOTH Samsung and Reliance. Reliance doesn't seem to know ANYTHING about this. Samsung then says that this offer ended on 30th October.

The sad thing is that it took me a month's time to actually figure out the answer and now that i have gotten across to the people at Samsung, they say that this doesn't exist and have stopped entertaining my queries.

The FUNNY thing is that the offer is STILL on their main site, WITHOUT and conditions about the offer. ANY ONE who sees this will be fooled and will go for it. I have a couple of people i know who have been fooled in this way. Please find below the LIVE URL of the Samsung Mobile India site where this is still being promoted. Infact there were banner ads being run way after 30th October to promote THIS offer. NO ONE in Reliance seems to have ANY clue about this offer at present or even if it EVER existed in the past. Please check the procedure for activation mentioned on the below link:

I just want to know how to take action against such consumer fraud. I have contacted EVERY possible party involved in this a million times and it leaves me disillusioned at the kind of consumer fraud that a company like Samsung could do! Please guide me.
