I have purchased a Samsung mobile phone (GT S 3310) from 3g mobile world on 29/11/2009. For one month it works properly. But after this it got a hanging problem. I had given my phone to authorized Samsung service centre (gem care service centre Calicut). They said that they need to replace the mother board of the phone. They replaced the mother board. Few weeks it works properly. After this the same hanging problem again appears. I had given my phone again to Samsung service centre. They said that they need to replace the keypad. Then they replaced the keypad within two hour. After this the hanging problem stops. But after two hour I found a new problem that is whistling sound appears during calling. I gave my phone again to service centre. They said they that they need to replace the keypad again. The next day I called the service centre to know the status of the phone. They said that the problem starts again after changing the keypad .so I requested to replace the phone. But they said that there is no option to replace the phone. The phone is under repair now (19/11/2009).
I want cash back of the phone or replacement.
