    Angry samsung mobile complaint

    i have purchased samsung mobile phone(metro gt s3310)from 3g mobile world calicut on29/08/2009.It worked properly for one month . after that it got a hanging problem.i had given my phone to authorised samsung mobile service centre(GEM CARE SERVICE CENTRE)at calicut .they said that it is required to change mother board .they changed it .after one week the hanging problem repeats again.then i take the phone to service centre .they said that it is required to change the keypad .they changed it . the hanging problem stops but i cant call from my phone , a whistling sound appears causing disturbances. again i given my phone to service centre . they again said they need to replace key pad. my phone is on service sender now(19/11/2009)

    Default Delay in repair against works order No. 10820

    Dear Sir,

    This is to inform you that I have given my Samsung Mobile Model F679 to your authorised dealer M/s. SKY Electronics, Vapi, Gujarat State on 24.11.09 vide above referred works order and the dealer had assured me that they will be giving the set within 8 days with duly repaired. However, upon enquiry dealer is mentioning that it will take some more time, as the spares of this set are not available and also estimate cost of the expenditure is also not informing. Also service/customer care of the dealer is not upto the mark.

    Hence, I kindly request you to look into the matter and expedite the same at the earliest, as I am handicapped without communication.

    Exclamation I am angry at samsung for poor customer service

    I put in the battery cover of my SGH-4480i and the screen cracked i took it too samsung and they said i had to pay 80dollars and on my request form they pust no warranty and my phone was only 5 days old so they said too wait a week than i called samsung about 3 days later too check if the LCD had arrive in singapore they said they would call me later i never recived the call so i waited 1 day later i called they said the same thing then i called tHE next day SAMSUNG said i was under SPECIAL ATTENTION and SAMSUNG would call the severice center too call me back 1 day later then on 22/01/10 i called them again SAMSUNG siad they will call me on 23/01/10 so i waited again but no one called and now my phone screen is covered with about 40% of then LCD fluid and so today the 24/01/10 i went to M1 at parkway to ask them how to compliant so this is how i found this website
    to SAMSUNG manager and bosses i hope that u and i can understand each other as i do have a few items from SAMSUNG and they work very well

    Unhappy Complaint against Home Shop 18 & Nakamichi Techno Pvt. Ltd.

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased dual sim mobile phone (Fujezone) through order no (702285547) dated 28/12/09, which I have received on 31/12/09.

    After receipt of the mobile this I had encountered following problems
    • Slow function of Video Player.
    • Slow sound in Head Phone (FM, Audio & Video Player).
    • Fm channel not change through Head Phone.
    • Bluetooth not connect with handset.

    I made a complaint for this (No. 2901467) and as instructed by call center of Homeshope 18 I send mobile phone along with all accessories to M/s Nakamichi Techno Pvt. Ltd., New Dehli on 09th December 2009 for replacement. But I again received the phone and found the same phone they have sent without any replacement or repair.

    I again called Homeshope 18 and talked to them, they said that give two day we will look in to matter.

    This has become headache for me and I am felling cheated. Kindly help me to get out of this and recover my money.

    Apart from this send a written notice to both Homeshop 18 and M/s Nakamichi Techno Pvt via registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the replacement or refund.

    Default Samsung Mobile

    I handed over the Mobile SGH-U600 at the Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd., CC-28,
    Nehru Enclave, Kalkaji, Delhi on 24.10.2009 vide work order no. 55020091052885. The
    fault with in the mobile set was regarding the battery backup and the bluetooth was
    also not working properly. The person concern issue the receipt for the same and
    committed that the problem will be solt within 8-10 days. since November 4, 2009
    onward I have been in touched with the Customer Care Centre but no responce received
    till date. I have been calling atleast 25 times in a day but in win. every time the
    person attending the complain assure that it will be done by the evening but in the
    evening the result comes out in the form of the contact number of some other person
    in the company. I have received the number of area manager Ms. Kusum (9810523240),
    customer care manager Mr. Nishant Gambhir (9717100744). the intraction even with the
    managers could not help me to get my mobile set back after being repaired. I am
    totally confused and puzzled what to do? Request for unnecessary and fruitfull
    respocnce..

    Exclamation Poor after sales service of Samsung Phone

    I purchased samsung mobile Metro 3310 Model four months ago and performance of the phone is excellent.The display of the phone was damaged as it fell down. Despite repeted call to Samsung customer Care I am unable to locate a authorised service center in Delhi.

    Most of the time i call ,the call center executive will confirm there mobile dept is busy and will arrange a call calll back which rarely happened.Finally they provided the details of a service ceter in CP, (Bechams Vision ) who have given very poor service.I gave my mobile for repairing and they delivered a wrong mobile at first instance.Later when i pointed out they repalced my original mobile which was not repaired .Again the set was retuned to them and the handset was repaired by evening.And the service chrges were taken upfront.

    i have complianed abt the same in call center but no use.They gave me no of Area sales mgr Mr. Sumit SEthi ,who never pics the phone.I enquired in two more service centers who are asking exhorbitant prices to get the display replaced.One shop it is Rs 1300 and other it is 1500/- .Till date i am unable to service the phone.

    I have purchased Samsung mobile phone (C 3053 ) from M/S GAINDAMAL HEMRAJ, The Mall, SHIMLA on 01-08-2009. It worked properly for six months. After six months, the screen of the Phone has topped working and there was no display on the Mobile. We have contacted the SAMSUNG Service Centre (M/S HIMTECH ELECTRONICS, Ritz Cinema Road, Room No. 302, P.C. Chambers, Jodha Niwas, SHIMLA-171 001 (Telephone No. 0177-2800222). Firstly they have asked to come with Bill of the Mobile. After showing Bill to the Service Centre, they are not ready to check the same by saying that the Mobile has been opened by somewhere else, which is not true. The Phone is within warranty period.

    You are, therefore, very kindly requested to instruct your Service Centre to check my mobile phone, which is within the warranty period otherwise our faith in the SAMSUNG Company will be negligible.

    Default Poor after samsung service

    I am using samsung c6625 and it had persistant problem of hanging and many times people call me but i dont receive any income call in my mobile ...so i have given it to autorised service station in sion (u-tech services , work order no.599)
    my mibile is in warranty and these people say that the motherboard is not good and they have kept my mobile for more than 15 days and still they say , it will take more 10 days
    i dont understand what kind of service is this , does it take more than a month to fix a mobile???
    Kindly help
    they are also not ready to give me a replace mobile

    Hello Consumer Court Members,

    If the problem is occurring again and again even after many repair it clearly shows that the particular problem is irreparable and hence the faulty handset need to be replaced for that you have all the job sheet that support your statement.

    Post synchronization problem

    i have samsung metro s3310 mobile. when i connect my mobile to pc and synchroniz my phonebook, i found that there is create duplicate contacts both in my phone and my pc (samsung pc studio programme's phonebook) and for avoid this problem if i deleted those contacts which are already in my pc (samsung pc studio programme's phonebook) before synchronization, i get both phonebooks (in phone and in pc) are empty after synchronization.
    Please give me suggestion for avoid this problem.

    Default Useless Mobile Handset

    I bought a Samsung Mobile handset S3310 S/L No: RW3S666589K IMEI No: 354118630470845 on 1/8/09.
    From that day till today i have visited the samsung service center at Nehru Place for repairing of the phone 3 gtimes for the same problem keypad not working. I have got the phone keypad and keypad PCB replaced all the three times. But after every 2 or 3 months the problem comes again. Me just fedup of the phone. Most of the buttons stop working and phone hangs. Everytime I go and deposit my phone, they keep the phone and then say after few days that your phone rectified. i check the phone and the keypad and PCB is replaced. It works fine for 2 or 3 months and then the same problem. Its been 4th time and now me fedup of it.

    Please help.

    Default service for s5200

    I bought this cell on 31st of March and now there is problem with the keypad. It might sound funny, but it will be working in the morning , and sometime in the evening keypad will stop working.. Im having too many problems because of it. Please help me with this
