in my samsung galaxy s mobile phone the company give the wi-fi option but its not working and there is no option about insert the wi-fi id and passwrd. i purchased this phone only for wi-fi net.

I have purchased Samsung metro s3310 before one year.The bluetooth switchoff problem is happening in my phone.when i connect my phone from pc by bluetooth device and use the internet then after disconnecting the phone from the pc ,my phone is switchoff automaticly.
I checked my phone two time on the samsung service center i meerut, but the problem is not removed.
I therefore request you to take action on this complaint.

I came to you with my great expectation that you would help me regarding my samsung mobile problem...Actually, Sir; I have purchased a samsung mobile last year in18 March ‘2010. In last December ‘2010, it has stopped to work, at that very time, it was in warranty period..I went to samsaug mobile service centre for repairing but service centre has kept mobile for 3 month from approx 20 Dec’2010 to 15 March’2011..After that he gave me DOA Certificate of the dated on 11 March’ 2011 with my mobile and told me that submit you mobile to the Distributor through the Retailer from where you have purchased your mobile. After that I did the same…Right now, my mobile is already submitted to distributor. After issuing my mobile DOA Certificate, I have kept in touch to many persons who are working related to Samsung Company regarding mobile phone as well as Samsung Customer Service Centre but everyone is not giving proper response. They say that the company is not ready to exchange the mobile because the warranty period is off. Now he is ready to repair it and he told me that go to reverse process for getting your mobile and submit it again to service centre.
Sir, there are two questions from my side to company:
1. My DOA Certificate comes under the warranty period or not?
2. Who is responsible for my wasted the time and who is faulty, me or the company and its related distributor Channel for no proper response?

I am attaching all the detail of my mobile.
Sir, please kindly response and take proper steps, sorry to say but otherwise I would take legal action, for this, I would be grateful to you.

Dear Sir,
I have brought samsung B7620 Giorgio Armani still in warranty. Its showing a rectangular Patch on screen when screen is off. I had shown it to samsung service center (at onam Plaza Indore M.P) and they said it occurs in all phone during monsoon (which I know is not true, they gave me an example by pressing hard another phone's LCD screen when its on, also mine is an AMOLED screen and show it at off condition) also the screen was suppose to be scratch resistant but its not and many scratches have appeared on the screen. when I told them about it they told me that its not scratch resistant, they didn't attend me even properly ever when there was no rush over their, I went their with early symptoms which can cause me problems soon, as warranty period is quite close to end. and this expensive phone can cause me serious money loss if repaired after warranty ends. This is the way samsung service center provide service and behave after I trusted samsung and brought 'their' latest most advance & expensive cell phone some months ago after being warned by my friends.

my handset is under process for last 4 months.

My name is Arvind Khandelwal and my mobile No. is +919322241126. I had some problem in my samsung sch-309 handset. The charging shocket was not working properly. i Went at a service centre at Sethna building, Princess street, mumbai - 400 002 (india) and gave the mobile for repairing shock but after three days someone called me from cervice centre and told me that mobile's motherboard got problem during repairing and it have to be replaced. I was shoked to heard this because i had lot off importantant data in the handset. After that i went to the service centre and talked with Mr. Vasim, head of service centre. He commit me to solve my problems properly. But till today its 6th day but i am failed to get my mobile back after repaing. I think service centre people are making me fool and they will not give me my handset in working condition. i am totally fedup with this company. I will never buy a samsung product in my whole life if the company will appoint such type of service person.

The mobile has been repaired many time at your authorised Service Centre Mobile Dot Com,111 Sriram Tower, 13 Ashok Marg, Lucknow, but the problems remains the same such the battery is not giving the back up. Third again I had given the above mobile to your authorised service centre M/sMobile Dot com, this time they hhad given an estimate of Rs. 1427.00 for the repair of above fault.

It is bring to your kind notice that the above mobile is on warranty period then why I have to pay the amount of Rs. 1427for the repairing of battery back up fault.

Please send me reply because i am very upset with samsung srvices.

I have purchased Wave 525 mobile it is not working properly after 6 months so I showed it to Service center nr Shreyas Tokies Ghatkopar Mumabai.They made it and returned back to me but after that it is not woking properly but i have no time to show.At last i went to above service centre again before ending of the warranty but they have told me to change the connector and the software and the total expences of Rs.570 I cant understand why they ask me to pay if I am in warranty period. I asked them they have told me that water is inside but I have told them this is the problem since begining and i repaired it one time form them only but they are not agreed.They forced me to pay otherwise they will not repair the phone.we the general public what we can do please help me to refund back that money from Samsung
