    Angry Complaint for reparing of samsung mobile handset d 840

    I had given my handset samsung d-840 for repairing/replacement of their speakers on 17/05/2010 at their service center at cc-28 nehru enclave, kalkaji, new delhi. I called up more than 100 times at 40641234 to know the status but this has remained always been in busy mode and i have not received any reply from service center for the fate of my handset. Pl help me to find out what has gone wrong with my handset. My complaint no. Is 10e17151 in the name of raj kumar kaul, 119 a, mansarover building 90, nehru place, new delhi-19.

    Today is 31/05/2010 but i have still to get a phone call from samsung service cenre.

    Dear Sir/mam.

    I brought a samsung GT-S5603 mobile. My mobile is already activated with bsnl gprs. when i use to connect it with laptop for net it is not working. it showing a message say like you have to disconect the moblile first from other application. so, i want to solve my problem for the same.

    Sir,
    i m very much disappointed with the services of SAMSUNG MOBILE I have registered a lot of complaint but no action has been taken so far so it is requested to kindly short out my problem. I have faced many times of problems in last FEW Months about my SAMSUNG HERO HAND set like Keypad, Sound and Battery backup etc. I bought SAMSUNG IN THE LAST YEAR during the period, I faced many problems of worse keypad service, a very little battry back up and 3rd class sound quality, i m very disappointed by the quality of your product. Please short out my problem early to earliest as possible. If, I got negative response. I have last solution to solve my problem, to go consumer court for file my problem.

    Default Samsung mobile problem

    I am suffering from repeated problems on my Samsung handset SGH -J700.The phone's display has got damaged about three times with a duration of 1-2 months.I have already invested Rs.2400/- for this problem.One of my friend has also got the same phone with the same problem.And also it is astonishing that when the last time I visited the service center at Bapuji Nagar,Bhubaneswar the technician who repaired my phone also said that he too had the same handset and had repaired his phone's display on the very same day.I just dont know whether the Samsung engineers are doing their job with their eyes closed.And as if the quality inspection squad has taken a long holiday.I am sure that this time i am also going to repair it but lets see after how many days.Rest is next.

    Dear Sir,

    The above mentioned Samsung Handset was deposited to M/s Delight Services authorized by SAMSUNG on 15.07.09 for repair of the same (photo copy of receipt is enclosed herewith for ready reference). As advised, the undersigned went to collect my handset within three days and was told that the equipment was not ready and was asked to come after 10 days. After 10 days, I again went to M/s Delight Services to collect my handset and was again told to come after a week as the set was not ready. I approached the centre number of times for two months. Meanwhile, this service centre was changed and I was advised to approach new Service Centre i.e. Samsung Service Centre, Manas Nagar Maholi Road, Mathura.

    Accordingly, I contacted you regarding the above handset number of times and on my every visit at your installation, you assured me to find out the handset very soon. Inspite of such a long time , the delivery of my handset has not been materialized. When I pressed hard the issue, you have finally replied that handset is not traceable and advised me to contact the company.

    You may kindly appreciate that I had given my mobile set to the authorized centre M/s Delight Services, Mathura. Now, your service centre is authorized by SAMSUNG to take care the repair and maintenance business of SAMSUNG handset. It is understood that you had owned all the responsibility handed over by M/s Delight Service Centre. It is also true that you had assured me number of times to trace the set on the basis of receipt issued by M/s Delight Services.

    In view of the above facts, I want to clarify you that I had deposited my above mentioned handset to the authorized SAMSUNG service centre of Mathura which is presently run by you. Therefore, it is your sole responsibility to trace my handset and deliver the same to the undersigned. It is worth mentioning here that the cost of my hand set is Rs.11,000/- (Rs.Eleven thousand) on your own cost and risk.

    This may kindly be noted that If I do not get your reply within 15 days after receipt of this letter, I shall be compelled to take shelter of law to get back my handset from your firm.

    Hope you shall understand my feelings,

    I am feeling big trouble in my samsung mobile model no. SCH 379 purchased by me on 22.07.09. As such, till date i have got repaired my phone from service centre 7 times the job card no. are 20436, 18348, 23082,24965,27172 but my phone is not working proper, even the card of phone has been changed. After 7 times repairing i am assured that my phone have manufacturing defect. So please change my phone as within warranty period. Samsung is so big brand name it cant imagine that company product would create so much problem to customer. So reply at the earliest is solicited.Thanking You.

    Default problem

    hello i am pravat ranjan . I have used SCH F679 CDMA model. Each day i am getting lot of problem from being it is used. One problem always come i.e when i change the ring alert type from ring to vibrate or silence. its functionality is not working. when i go to service center. They told come tommorow. ok . then after some days it has same problem. it means yearly i have to go 20 times to servicing center. if i ask wht is the problem in my mobile. simply they told u r not handling properly. but i am a software eng. i can handle better than thier servicing people. ok you tell me how to solve that problem if come future. still now they are not saying. so last conclusion is : Worst customer care and service of Samsung.

    I have purchased a mobile on 22.06.10 B-5310 & I have given this mobile for repair 2 times in a month but this is not

    working condition.

    Service centre said that it is required to change mother board .they changed it .after one hour problem repeats again & touch screen not working.then i take the phone to service centre .they said that it is required to change the touch screen .they changed it in 15 days & problem stops but after two days same problem repeat again.
    I use this mobile only 20 days.

    Default complaint against metro s5200

    my phone is just one month old.i bought it from the mobile store,kolkata(baghajatin branch) on july,2010.the key buttons 7,8,9,0,*,#,the volume keys and the camera buttons are not working.i cant use the phone.this kind of service is really unexpected from renowned companys' phone and that too after just one month.

    Default poor service of local samsung service centre

    i have bought a samsung corby pro mobile phone on 17th july 2010. on the next month the LCD display of the phone stopped working, now since last one month the service centre is saying it will take time. but the phone is necessary for me, I cant afford another phone after purchasing it at the cost Rs. 10000. be any thing can done about my matter or i will take the leagule action?

    dear sir,
    i would like to inform u that i want to file a case on ur service centre situated at ghaziabad india . the mistake done by the excutive was first of all there was too cheap crowd n she was not able handel them they were shouting n cheap people there n now i talked to her so she the way she talked was not tolerable so either she has to apologize or i have to take immidiate action.
