Hi

I had purchased a Sony Ericsson Xperia handset in Jan 2009. The handset
worked fine for 8 months, after which it developed a fault with the earpiece
not working. I gave it for repair to the Janak Puri, Delhi service center.

They repaired it in 7 days, however the problem still persisted. I gave it
back and was returned the handset in approx 1.5 months. The handset had a
set of problems again for which it was returned.
It has been more than 2.5 months now since I have been following up with
Shalini Sharma and the team and have not got any satisfactory answers or my
handset. This expensive handset is purchased for the utility value and uptil
now I have been only disgusted with my experience.

Would request some help on this. Either from Mr. Sahni or Ms. Sharma.
