complaint against nokia and nokia care i bought a new nokia phone 6300 model in 7000 rupees in feb 2009 having 1 year warranty.
but after june it had stopped working..each time we rush to nokia care and they willupload the software ut in sept they charged us 1000 rupees saying that a hip is damaged.they collected the money even when they are knowing that the phone is in warranty.
but after doing all this the phone is stil not working.we asked themm to replae the set they said this is not possible.plz tell us what to do...
Complain Agt. nokia I bought a new nokia phone 6700c model in 12,629 rupees in nov 2009 having 1 year warranty.
but after 3 days it had stopped working..each time we rush to nokia care and they willupload the software but it didn't work. the phone switchoff automatically after every 1 minutes. They send it to kolkata office for repair twice but they didnot replace it. I don't know why?
we asked them to replace the set they said this is not possible.plz tell us what to do...
