I have submitted my Handset E90 for rebooting problem to Nokia Care by Maa communication, laxmi nagar, Delhi.

When we reach there for delivery we found that handset is broken & also camera button located side of handset is missing. We refused to take delivery of phone & were assured that something will be done.

After several time visit to them they asked to come next day. Finally we met some person known as Amit shaurya & in his presence no one is ready to accept that handset is broken in their premises infact start blaiming that mobile phone was broken when was bought for booting problem & also side camera button was missing.

Later one evening after some hot discussion they have also kept memory card, phone back cover & battery with them & acting like goons not to return anything of these items.

On asking use of this broken phone they taunted to throw it into recycle bin rather then taking matter seriously.

Can you pls advice what sort of action should be taken against them to get my mobile back in well shape & some action against this person Amit shaurya so that they get sense of responsibility rather then enoing complaints of customer & irritating them.
