Dear Sir/Madam,

I brought one virgin V-Glide GSM mobile phone (Sr. No.- 321391271406) on
24/07/2009 from Shivam Electronics, Shop No. 10 Pandav Nagar, Opp. Mother
Dairy Delhi -110092 by paying Rs. 2400. It is slide phone.
One year warranty is provided. Recently phone got display problem with in 2
months of use. Nothing is displayed on screen (i think it is in dead
condition, nothing work at all.) After using 2-3 months, submitted mobile to
company service center named, ZTE that is situated at "Adonis Electronics
Ltd. 55 Patpar Ganj Industrial Area. Ph- (011-65656240)".
After 2 months in between continue asking, I got feedback saying "the
defaulted part is not coming from the company". I discussed through phone
with head of the service center, named Anil Bajaj with contact number is
9350880202, he said the same wording as service center's person said and i
got no solution yet from that people.

I don't know what they did with mobile. Now mobile with service center only.

Please advice me, what to do this situation.
