I had brought a sonny ericsson F305 and it soon developed display problems. I submitted the phone to a sony ericsson customer care cntre at lajpat nagar new delhi.

I have submitted the phone on 22/august/2009 and havnt yet got it back and repaired.

Everytime i call they tell me that the parts required to repair are pending. I dont know what to do..

I cant even buy a new phone as im a student . It is really unethical and irresponsible on their part. Plus the excuse they are giving is not satusfactory..how can the company that makes the phone ,not have its parts???????????

ive tried calling them ...talkin to senior managers...ive tried evrything but they dont do anything.
