I had puchased a micromax handset from

For Rs-5325/- on 09/10/2008
with 1.5yrs warrenty.

The set produced spots while taking pics and with small vibration and movement just got turned off.

I had given my hand set on 16/07/2009 to "phul bag " situated service center with their word that it will be serviced and repaired within 1 week. They returned the set on 22/08/2009 wihout even examining the handset because even the lamination had not been taken off and playing all the bluff around me. They adviced this is not the correct service center as the new sevice center has been placed at "maharaj baade".

I approached this service center on 02/09/2009 . I was Greeted by Mr. Dheeraj and adviced again to leave the hand set with them for 15 days .
