Dear Sir,

I have purchased one Samsung mobile handset Model No: M200 with Serial No: RW65629187M and IMEI No: 358046021619540 on Dated : 21/07/2009 for Rs. 4125.00. Now it has gone bad and is not working.

When I approached their service centre at Kolkata, they said it cannot be repaired/replaced under warranty and it cost about Rs. 2836.95.

I have given several emails to them (Samsung) but they are not responding to it.

Basically there was a problem in the charging section of the handset originally and the handset was having a manufacturing defect. Due to the above facts I want a free replacement of the handset from Samsung. Now the handset is not usable.
