    Default Sony ericsson pathetic customer care & after sale service

    I have a sony ericcson mobile phone.Model no:W595
    I purchased it on 10-2-2009 with a 1 year warranty.Recently i faced an issue with the display & speaker .
    I submitted the phone at their nearest service centre on 6-10-2009.They said the flex needs to be replaced
    Its been about a month now,I have visited their centre thrice already,talked to their regional manager,even launched a complaint at their customer care all India helpline..but they're being very very unreasonable.
    The staff at the centre is least co-operative,they do not communicate nicely and all they are doing is play blame games.
    The regional head blames the company head office for not having the essential parts.
    How do they manufacture & sell a product without manufacturing the necessary spare parts?
    Their customer care came up with a fresh excuse today that their system are not functioning so they cannot update me on the status of my complaint.
    Is this how a company of international repute supposed to deal with their customers?
    What sense does it make when people like me who try to abide by the law & purchase products from the organised market despite the existence of a much cheaper & more customer friendly grey market?

    Dear ,
    I Ankur Bhardwaj . I am your customer I purchased a Sony mp4 walkman
    (NWZ-S615F) from your Sony shop in Mangalore ( Karnataka) 2 October ,2008 it was having a warranty for one year . With in one month my head phone is gone that you replaced in Mangalore in a very pleasant way and again another month its gone than your Dheradun service center persons directly refused me we will not replace and they don’t know how to handle a guest Than I called up to your toll free no. than they explain me in a proper way that accessories has no any warranty . Its ok for me I purchased another Sony head phone . And again walkman gone internally screwed on 25th of November 2009 than I went to your Dheradun service center and they refuse me again they told me I don’t know and we will not repair if you want than we will charge you at 26th of November 2009. I told him this is in a warranty they told me whatever we don’t know . Than I came back and at 30th of November2009 I went your jaipur service center Global Services they told me you come later now we are busy Than I went on 1st October2009 to your Jaipur service center than they refuse me again come later in a very rough way . Than I went again after three and half month later because I got some accident than they told me we will repair but we will charge you (5,100) because your warranty has been collapse . who’s fault is here my product corrupted in warranty period but because of your bad service stations my warranty collapse and I got lot’s of problems mentally and physically because I purchase Sony product . Really before that I was believe upon Sony with close eyes that’s why I purchased otherwise apple ipods also available in market and they are provide excellent customer satisfaction after that I believe upon you I was planning to purchase a Sony laptops but with this kind of customer satisfaction how can any suffered person think and refer others for future dealing with you .Now I am not doing any complaint just I want to aware you that what your customers suffering and if you already aware with that than I am sorry . If you not than you are loosing your market only making money is nota every thing customer satisfaction is important more than the money .You also knows than unsatisfaction of any customer is not good for any organization . After that its up to you .

    Sir,

    I had purchase a sony ericsson mobile phone,model w205 wuth 1.3 mp camera(as i was told by the dealer during the time of purchase). But after a month oe so i got that my mobile phone was not supporting 1.3mp pictures. Then i contact authorised sony ericsson center at janakpuri,district center and told him the problem of my mobile set. He told me to submit the mobile set foe the proper service. I submit that set to the above service center and got returned after the service. While returning to me my mobile set the service center engineer told me that my mobile is not supporting 1.3mp pictures. So i have changed its motherboard. Moreover they have made so many scratches on my mobile phone body which didn't look nice. While knowing initially that my mobile set is not supporting 1.3mp pictures,why they changed the motherboard.

    After that i contact another sony ericsson authorised service center at faridabad and told him the fact, who did not accept my mobile set and told me this will not support 1.3 mp picture. Now neither 1.3mp pictures accepted by my mobile phone nor volume of audio is increased which is not to be listened.

    Therefore it is requested that either the same set may please be replaced otherwise i shall move this matter to the consumer court.

    I hope you will resolved my matter and considered it personally as soon as possible.
