sir,
i bought a nokia N-70 musiv addition last year on 25-NOVEMBER-2009,
i had some hardware problem with my phone,
i gave it to nokia care for repair,
they repaired it and said that it was ok,
but after sometime the same problem occur in my phone,
when i gave it again to nokia care jalandhar (model town) on 30-OCTOBER-2009 they saud that my warranty period is over on july,
but company provides the one year warranty from the date of purchasing,
MY phone emi-no. is 358080/01/414377/0,
i had bought it from kamla radio mobile store in himachal pradesh distt. chamba,
when i talked to nokia cust. care they said this is not their fault it was shopkeepr's fault,
whomever fault it was? why should customer suffer it?
