i bought a mobile handset of fly company [ Model No SX200 Fly ] on 27-10-2008 for Rs4300/-
from the shop - Name " Hot Spot"

From the same day i would faces so many problems with the handset like battery discharge, hang, speaker is not working. With the handset i also purchase mobicare pack offered by Hot Spot which include full warranty of the hand set.
On 26/07/09 the handset was completely dead.I submit the handset to the shop keeper on 26-07-09 to send to Hot Spot Mobicare Center. But till date i didn't get my handset back.When i call him, said that it is in repairing process. How will i get my money back. Please help me out.
