Hi, I bought Sony Ericsson W595 handset for my wife. The handset worked well for 1 month and after that it started giving problem due to moisture in it. I got that repaired from Sony Ericsson authorized center and even paid for the service. They said that the moisture is not under warranty. I paid Rs. 2500 and got the service done and they said that we have taken out all the moisture and changed the battery as well. The phone started giving problem again after 1 month. I went to Sony Ericsson Okhla center and they said it is the same problem and gave me an estimate of Rs. 2050 to which I said ok. After following them for 1 month they said that they cannot repair the phone as mother board is damaged. They said they cannot repair and cannot do anything with the set. Now here I suspect that some engineer has damaged the motherboard intentionally otherwise they had not given me the estimate of Rs. 2050. I have tried sending them emails, calling their customer care department but no one is ready to give any answer. I dont know what to do know. I feel that I have been looted Rs. 14500 as we have used that phone hardly for 2 months. The only advise I can give is DO NOT BUY SONY ERICSSON.
