I would like to bring the following facts in your knowledge which are highly unacceptable for the so called big and reputed Electronics Consumer products company.
Series of sequences of suffering.
1.Mentioned Mobile set SGH J 210 was purchased one year back from now
2.After 4 months set developed problem , but service not rendered by samsung service centre Dwarka for which complaints was lodged to samsung customer care.
3.After 9 month set again developed problem, and with the suggestion of customer care , set was given for repair at District Centre Janak Puri New Delhi on 2nd Aug 2009.
4.Last 68 days I had been lodging many complaints with samsung customer service centre ,customer care and other relating departments.
5. Yesterday, when I en-quired about the status of set, service centre Mr Neeraj (09212131300) told set has been repaired , I went for the collection of set but shape and condition of set was worsened and as if set was mishandled and not repaired set was without joystick knob secondly camera not working where as this problem was not there at all when the set was given to them, they worsened the condition of the set.
set still lying with Samsung service centre i don't know when it will be repair in perfect condition.
set was full of scratches and not assembled properly even from one side set was not closing.
It clearly shows that there is no service back up without any quality control checks (means without ISO certified service).
I will not accept the the set in such a condition.
