Motorola service is really too bad and pathetic. I purchased W270 in month of January, It worked fine for first 3 months then there was battery problem, charger problem and ringer problem.

I submitted my cell phone at Service center on 30July, they returned me on 22Aug, But when I checked it at home, it was not switching on, then I again went there, they did something, and it worked for 1day only. After that I went again, they repaired it but again the same issue happened after 2days. Next time they changed the motherboard, but after 2-3days same problem again persisted.

Finally I went there, I had words with Call center, they promised me to solve the problem in 48hours, and promise to swap the cell phone after taking permission from higher authority. But more than 10days has gone, they haven't updated me. In fact 3days back, I called and they told me it's in processing.


Today again I called on Vikaspuri Service center, and the person KK Sharma spoke very rudely. I am really very surprised and disappointed with his words. He told me that the set has come back from L3 (Service department) with the status "Returned Witout Repair". And he gave very stupid reason that; there is some problem with the charging port because of some water leakage there over. Then, I asked him why this reason was not given to me when I submitted the set first time. Secondly why did not they notice the same thing before taking the cell phone? This is totally false/fraud statement as they are not able to resolve the problem and don't want to give the new hand set.

I have wasted my time as well as money to go to Vikaspuri service center 7-8times. I want the justice and some punishable action against them so that they behave properly and provide good service. And stop harassing customers.
