I have purchase the Samsung Guru mobile on 3.10.09 from Ajmera Pimpri
Pune area on opening the box I found that battery was missing from the
box after the complaint to Dealer he told me that he will launch the
complaint since it is Saturday so I have to wait till Monday , he gave
me used ( second hand ) battery for the time being till my problem get
solved , after putting the mobile on chare I found that it was not
Charging again I complaint to dealer in front of me he diagnose that the
charger was defective again he replaced the charger on Monday when I
again went to dealer for my new battery he told me that he will not give
new battery as per his distributer since he has given sealed box and he
is not responsible for battery missing .Can you suggest me the right way
of solving my problem
