I am Nashvinder Singh and unfortunately (I can't help saying so) I am HOTSPOT's customer. I purchased a mobile from HOTSPOT Hoshiapur. I purchased SPICE D88n dual sim mobile of Rs 6820/- and care pack S.R. No. B 43548 vide invoice no. 374 book no. 08 dated 23 Jan 2009.
My abovesaid mobile is unserviceable since 19 Aug 09 and handed over the same to Hotspot Hoshiarpur. The impact was that I had to purchase two new handsets(01 each for GSM & CDMA) to keep my business rolling.
The reason of calling myself unfortunate customer of Hotspot is that since 19 Aug 09 I have never received any call from any official of Hotspot. There has be absolutely no update about the status of my mobile phone.
By sending this mail I expect someone to give me some feedback about the status of my handset and how long its going to take for you to repair my handset. You can't keep sitting on my phone for no reason.
Please help and guide me.
