    My name is atul manwatkar ,i had purchase nokia 6500s emi no:356400021962503.but [/B]within four months in my mobile restart and end key problem was occure. I submitted my moblie pune based nokia care center,last may 2009 they not returned my mobile, when i m going there they told me u r mobile was on replacement such answers they give me, but they not given proper solution ..PHone compalint no from may 2009 is..0905119/94,090604/15,090722/31 and latest job sheet no is 678504867/090821/18 Shree communication ,pune..Sir i want replacement of my phone...please give the solution ,because they only repair my mobile.but not properly repair..Sir please give me the solution, im very fursted against...please .. this is my last chance. so can i give complaint againts nokia care in police station..please mail me atul.manwatkar@gmail.com

    Default How nokia customer care makes a fool of customers

    I have already lodged lots of complaint against Nextel (Nokia Authorised Service Centre), Meerut (UP). Again I am approaching your to redress my grievances. On 09-09-09 I took my Nokia N-70 to Nextel. I told them that while making or receiving calls the options like contacts, gallery etc get activate automatically. At that time my cell was working properly except the above mentioned fault. They told me that the software of the cell is corrupted and it has to be reload and for that they have to send it to Noida and the charges will be 600/-. I ask them to return my cell to me. They asked me to pay Rs. 100/- against estimation charges. I refused to pay and said “When I have asked to you, you told me that there are no charges for checking, then why you are taking Rs. 100/- from me”. They told me that whenever you come to us for the same problem we will deduct the charges took from you for checking. When I inserted the sim in my mobile at home the mobile’s display didn’t worked. It shows only white screen. I took my cell to Nextel from 09-09-09 to 07-10-09 they just made me a fool. On 08-10-09 I posted a legal notice to Nextel. On 09-10-09 they called me with my cell and told me on phone that they will rectify the problem in cell. But, they again make me a fool. Hence, I am lodging this complaint to you again to redress my grievances.

    Default Complaint against Nokia.

    Hi Sir/Madam,

    This is regarding a complaint about my cellphone named *NOKIA 5800 *and the
    services I have received for it.

    I bought the same cell phone on "10.Jan.2009 " .Its been just 9 months and
    It has already stopped working 8 times. It has got a mixture of hardware and
    software problems all this while.

    I took it to the authorized Nokia Care Center in Pitampura -* ACE
    Communications*(the address is mentioned with details in the end).
    Very first time it went wrong in Feb - within a month of buying it. The
    Nokia care center people told me it is a hardware problem a corrected it
    with in an hour.Then after that every month it has been causing problems.
    More than thrice it has been a software problem but what is causing more
    pain is the hardware problems.

    When a Hardware problem is encountered it takes around 10-15 days to correct
    it according to Company's policy as being printed behind the Job Sheet.
    Here are the details that my cell spent in Care Center.

    1) 14 July - speaker problem - Returned hand to hand
    2) 14 July - 12 Aug - 4 times the software had to be updated.
    3) 12 Aug - 24 Aug - flicker in display
    4) 13 Sept - *1 month and still there* - *cell getting switched off
    repeatedly*.
    In my job sheet i was being told that my cell will be
    delivered in 10-15days and because of the repeated problem i side by side
    filed a complaint in the Company(*Complaint id= 1-1820377939*). After 15
    days(on 28th Sept), when i asked the Nokia Care center for my Mobile they
    asked for a time of 1 week and i was told to collect my phone on 3rd
    October. But when i went to collect my phone on 3rd Oct i was again told
    that my handset is not repaired and it will be delivered on 9th of October
    and later on 9th Oct when i asked for my cell they gave the same reply that
    wait for some more days. Finally, the company told me that on 13th my cell
    will be delivered to me but today when i inquired about my cell they told me
    that its not yet repaired and will take 2-3 days more. I am continuously
    being mentally harassed by the company's attitude. Warranty period of 1
    year is of no use for me because company is not ready to return my cell.

    With a very heavy heart I have to write this mail because my association
    with Nokia has not been recent. I have been using Nokia cell phones since
    last 7.5 years. And never did i encounter so many problems.

    Especially the staff at the care center has been highly unsupportive, rude
    and misleading . Mr.Vijay of ACE COMMUNICATION has been highly uncooperative
    in this regard. I have spent most of my time in past few months visiting
    this care center because of my cell and due to thinklessness of Mr.Vijay.

    With due respect I would like to request you to please take some strict
    action against the company and kindly get my Cell replaced with complete
    warranty because neither have i got the time nor the patience left to visit
    the care center again and again and deal with such rude guys. I am sure you
    would understand my plight having bought a cell for rs 20,000. then ending
    up with such piece and services.

    Please take a note of this problem and give a solution to the earliest.

    Sir,

    i had bought new phone two months back model no-6303/imei n0-35825 6038900 102, i faced i problam regarding the skeaker i was told by the shopkeeper that i have to contact the service station,As i stay at sarogini nagar and near to my house kotala mubarakpur i want there and showed my phone to your representative she told me that you have to leave the phone for 01 day for repair, i took out my sim card/battary and gave the phone to your staff,and she gave me recipt job sheet no-10031918 ,later when i came back and relised that i forgot to take out my memory card my husband told me its all right its nokia company outlet there will not be any problem next day when i went to collect my phone my memory card was missing self told the kindly check with the person who had repair my phone because its not just the memory card but all my data downloaded so its very important to me ,she was very roude to me and replied that there is no written information so we cannot do anything about it. No staff was coprative wan i asked for the manager they told me no one is avilable when i asked for the ctc no they gave Ms. Ruchika Pal no-9999659898,but she was not picking up the phone.later i came back but it is very surprising that there is no honesty no faith we cannot trust any one if i leave any thing by mistake it will be wanish.What kind of socitey we are living in strange

    Hello Consumer Court Members,

    In case you are not satisfied with Nokia care and the Nokia care people are not helping you at all then first register your complaint with their customer care, wait for their response and if still not get any favorable response then send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of NOKIA ( Keep one copy with you, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum ).

    Hi sir/mam,

    This is deepak.I have purchased nokia 2323-c (imei no-351952034253879) mobile on 25-08-2009 at FUSION VOICE AND SOLUTIONS PVT LTD,M.G.ROAD,LABBIPET,VIJAYAWADA-520 010. After purchasing mobile hardly after one month till date i have given 3 times for servicing in NOKIA CARE,THIRU VI KA ROAD,CHENNAI. The problems are low voice, head phones not working,some software problems like mobile hanging etc., Still I m having the same problem. All the time when I am giving the mobile they are taking the mobile and when asking they are saying that the mobile has gone to delhi so it takes minimum 1 week time. Even after the service has done also I am facing the same problem. I dont know what's the problem is? So I approached you to suggest me an idea regarding this matter.

    Reply me as early as possible.

    I purchased Nokia X2 mobile 1 month back...the Handset was defective...we took the cell phone to the Nokia gallery for replacement...They sent us to Nokia care...In this 1 month my phone has be repaired 4 times...But the Nokia authority is not ready to replace the cell phone...I dont know what kind of service is this...First to sell the defective mobile and then not to replace it....I dont find any convincing response from the Nokia Care Executives....They just say that they will repair the mobile...Already 4 times they have repaired it...and now how many times are they going to repair the mobie......

    May I know what possible legal action can I take against Nokia....?

    Default Nokia Care not responding and not at all helpfull

    My Nokia Phone X3-02 touch has not been working properly for last 4 months, its still under warranty, ive been going to your Nokia Care center for last 3 mths, and they are saying that display is not available come in 10 days, ive been going there regularly. I guess this is the reason Nokia is loosing its market share to samsung and other companies. i want my ohone fixed before its waranty expires as i am facing a lot of issues. ANd the way they talk to the customer is so insulting.My imei no is 357387048971527
