I want to Close my Tata walky A/C,due to My problem still running and toll free no-121/198,TATADOCOMO service's private company "icare" they are not treat well kindly solve my problem and revert me back,and TATADOCOMO customer care are closed my complain without solved my problem.I m using tata docomo walky postpaid.

It is not possible to buy new walky by TTSL MAME cheque and i agree to pay by cheque NAME OF TTSL.

i complain to TRAI abt this issue, TATADOCOMO COMPANY is not accepted chq payment for buy new walky.
walky is nt avlbe for old costomer.
i hvin problem from last one month..
my old walky is death condition, network , call drop, audio, battery problem.. not working properly.

I NEED PEOPLE VOICE,
TATADOCOMO provide new handset free of cost to this my 8 year old walky..
otherwise
i agree to pay by chq in next bill.
but

TATADOCOMO is registered with docket number 323309623 on 23-08-2012 to CLOSE my A/c
The reason is given that, in surat TATADOCOMO has not available stock for new walky in the TATADOCOMO STORE.
and
I want to buy New walky by CHQ NAME OF "TTSL"
TATADOCOMO CARE NOT treat well kindly solve my problem and
revertme back,and TATADOCOMO customer care are closed my complain
without solved my problem.
TATA STORE demand for cash payment for issue new walky.
So, it mean if new customer want to buy a walky by cash then available walky but they did nt issue old customer.
My handset walky is nt working and death condition now.

I WANT TO SEE MY INDIAN PEOPLE, HOW TO TREAT BY TATADOCOMO. THEY WILL CHARGE FOR 100rs BCZ NOT EVEN SINGLE COMPLAIN SOLVED MY COMPANY.I HAVE PROOF OF THIS ISSUE.

No Complaint will get resolved with TATA.. They are cheat and fraud.... They do not value the customers. I am also waiting for my issue to be reolved but they just have a standard template to be pasted everytime... We are looking into it.. Pathetic service and party to the IDentity theft and security crimes.....
