Hello Administrator,

I had purchased videocon mobile via phone order dated 16-02-2012.After some time (date:7-05-2012) there were some technical problem occured in mobile when i go through videocon customer phone care service office(Address:215,second floor,sunrise tower 579 M.G. Road ,opp. trasure island,Indore (M.P.) Ph.:0731-4206433) they told me it will take some time then i will leave my mobile to that care center. After some time around (8-10 days) i call them to ask my mobile repairing concern then they told me that its motherboad has been crashed and company didn't did quality test so it is again creates problem.Then i leaves my mobile again and ask via ph. call after some days(around 15 days).And always customer care peoples told me it is on way ,two times motherboard changed and again it(Mobile) creates problem.
Now it is 16th aug.2012 means my mobile stays around 3 months and again they always tolerates me and says it is on the way.So it is humble request to admin that please take some legal action against videocon company.

Since my mobile has not been repaired yet that's why i am registering that complaint.I suffer lots of problem during that period and spent lots of money to call service centre and went their care.So please please take care of my complaint and take action against videocon company.
