I bought the new sony xperia s(imei no- 351710054521579) on 10-04-2012. I noticed a yellow tint on its display after few weeks.When I contacted sony service center; I came to know that its a manufacturing fault and sony will replace it with new unit.
Hence, I submitted my xperia s unit on 10-07-2012 to asha communications, mountain plaza, opp. Lumbini jewel mall, road no2, banjara hills, hyderabad-500034.
I was told that I would receive the replacement in 8 working days. Its been more than 34 days and I still haven't received my phone back. I have already escalated the issue with sony xperia support team twice(complaint ID-93437128) and still there is no response.
After 34 days of depriving me of my phone and the hassle of contacting service center, moreover I still haven't received my phone back; hence I demand for full compensation and replacement of my phone asap.
