I have been waiting since almost 2 months now to get this phone
repaired or replaced with a phone of same value and features however
I've received a very cold shoulder response from Mr. Sri Anand
(Customer service in-charge at service centre) and other staff.
I believe the service center is giving me run around for last 2 months
and is making false promises of repairing the phone.

Today (4 Oct 2009) I was told that service centre can not do anything
in this matter and I have to take it up with customer care.

My experience with Sony is pathetic and I believe this matter could
still be resolved out of consumer court.

Please revert back to me within two business days else I would be left
with no other option then to take the matter to court of law.
