Myself Kanchan Ranjan Nath, bought a nokia music xpress 5220, last october and since then there is some problem in the mobile . i have given the mobile in the nokia service center for 3 times and till now the problem has not been rectified. I have been fade up going there. And My mobile phone is still in warrenty period. whenever i go there n give my mobile they juss return it within one week. For the first few days it will be working properly, but again the problem starts.

To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.

I had purchased a nokia phone model 5220 express music, in the last nine months I have given it for repair at least six times at nokia care centre at Lucknow. The problem is that some of the keys had stopped functioning after 10-12 days of purchasing the device. Every time they repair it the same problem again persists after a few days and every time they take around a month for repairing it as they say that the device will be sent to Delhi.Nokia's representative at lucknow(at Aryans communications 6-b park road)told me that they can just send the device to delhi and can’t sat wheather it will be repaired or not, once he even told me that we don’t have time today come after a few days his name was Praveen. In the past nine months my phone is been lying with you people for at least 5-6 months. As the device has a problem kindly replace it at the earliest.
My phone is still lying at Nokia service center the job sheet no. is 339504886/090924/12 dated 24/09/09. The previous job sheet no. is 339504886/090731/66, I had given it earlier also but I don't remember the previous job sheet nos.

i have purchase nokia 7210 handset on the 28 may.09 after using if for about 3
months there was a fault in its audio system for which it was handed over to your
service centre at on 12.08.09 it was return back on 14.08.09 saying it is ok but
after another 15 days the same fault re-occurred the hand set set was given to
service again on 24 august.09 but till date it is not received back,when enquired
they said it will another 10days.

We bought a brand new E63 Nokia handset form Spice mobile store located in Oberoi Mall Goregaon East.
It now even been 12 days and the handset is started giving problems regarding memory card.
We are expriencing mobile command as- MEMORY CARD CORRUPTED. FORMAT?
and we loose all the data.
Sir, after showing it to the store the manager refuse to take any responsibilty saying NOKIA gives 48hrs warranty after which the handset can be rectified only.
being disappointed I even called NoKia customer cell. where they claim that they can rectify or repair the handset.
We are feeling cheated and taken for a ride.
Am sure there is a way to sort this issue.

but they are absulutally failed in their job.at least i used to go there 3-4 times in a week.
it was really painful to buy nokia as well as to take their service.
i have lost my 2 months warrantee period due to their bad service. i will ever never conect with nokia in the future.
otherwise solve my problem soon.

Sir,
On 20th Sep '09 I deposited my Nokia hand set for repairing at Nokia Care at Manglam Place, Rohini, Delhi vide Job Sheet No;- 114433527/090920/68.
I was informed by the staff that the hand set will be repaired in a couple of days and I shall be informed accordingly.
Sir, I kept visiting the Nokia Care shop after they failed to inform me the right status of my hand set and kept giving false excuses all the times I visited their showroom or upon contacting them over the phone.
Ultimately I made a complaint on 18.02.10 to Nokia Care line, vide complaint No: 1-10808605281.
The very next day I was informed that the hand set in question cannot be repaired as the same is tempered, and pleaded sorry for such an inordinary delay in communicating the same to me. Sir I wish to know that does it takes almost six months to know that the hand set is tempered ? Sir, I have all my doubts that this is absolutely a fit case of gross negligence on the part of Nokia Care.
I would request you to have my hand set repaired without any further loss of time, failing which I shall be compelled to approach the Consumer Redressal Forum for getting relief.
An early action shall be highly appreciated.

Myself Sanjay das, bought a nokia 2690, 22 nd julay 2010 11.15am i have given the mobile in the nokia service center near girish park metro in kolkata . I don't no wt's the method of service I gave the mobile to host madam. Madam return me in her own hand mobile battary & Sim Card.and take my phone with memory card. when complete the solutions madam return me only mobile n't return my memory card.I'm shoked and asked her where's my memory card?then she try to finding(acting) wher's my card lost.I Da'mmmmm Sure That madam lost my card.
Cose>>1. she play the song before received my cell phone.(song only in memory card)
2.she return me only battery & simm card n't my memory card
3. when she told me sre I can't give memory card cose she properly cheked my phone
when she sure to I can't give her my card so why she try to finding my card.
