i have some display problem in my phone.
But other programs are working properly like calls are coming and going, music is also present.

Then i reached nokia care for repairing it. They checked it and opened my phone. they told me that my cell has screen problem its not working and told me that it has damaged screen, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL NOT COVER IT IN WARRANTY BUT MY PHONE IS IN WARRANTY. They told me that it will charge Rs.2500 for repairing. Then i don't have that much money at that time so i told not to repair it. and they gave my cell back to me. but at home MY CELL DISPLAY IS COMING . it is working properly but hanging it has blinking display its a software problem. i reached nokia care again but they are not receiving it they are saying that it is opened outside but it is opened by them only. now they are not even checking it. And now they are saying it has broken parts. and it will charged 1500 and not in warranty.i told them to replace phone software but they are not doing it. they only want money. i have also told them that it has opened by them only. but they are not receiving it. i asked them for making some slip and give me in written that they have opened it. but they are not giving it to me.

please take some action against them.
and no manager is there for customer queries.

and if some one asks for meeting manager they told that he is upstairs , taking lunch .

they only need money .
they don't take anything in warranty .
